By purchasing the Utulav Toilet you certify that you have read and reviewed this agreement and that you agree to comply with the terms.
Purchase of products.
- All dealings between parties shall be in writing and no order of the Client shall be binding to Syna Consultancy until approved in writing by the company.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and all references in sales brochures, manuals and offers as details of products are approximate only.
- Orders will be made via website, email, phone call or Whatsapp message. For products ex-stock, orders will be processed immediately, for products not in stock, orders will take up to two months.
Prices.
- All prices quoted by Syna Consultancy are based on the company’s price list and may be amended from time to time.
- All prices quoted by Syna Consultancy are subject to adjustment due to the Client’s change of orders if any or change in the company’s quotation basis.
- All prices quoted exclude delivery fees.
Payment.
- Unless otherwise expressed in writing, payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of Syna Consultancy invoice
- Payment for the Utulav toilet is to be made in full. The company also allows for payment in instalments. The Client will only get the Utulav toilet after full payment is done.
- Syna Consultancy will not reduce payment on account of complaints, claims or counterclaims.
Delivery.
- The delivery period will be 1-2 days if the product is ex-stock and two months if the product is not in stock.
- The means of delivery is based on the agreement between Syna Consultancy and the Client.
- Delivery by Syna Consultancy will attract an extra charge.
Force Majeure.
Syna Consultancy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by fire, floods, accidents, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, governmental interferences, shortage of labour, fuel, power, materials or supplies or any other cause similar in nature to the above beyond its control.
Return.
- To be eligible for a return, the toilet must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the date of purchase. - The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Syna offices.
- Upon receiving the returned portable toilet, our team will inspect the product to verify its condition and compliance with the return policy. If the product is found to be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, we will process the refund within 7 days. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the portable toilet, excluding any shipping or handling charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized or personalized portable toilets specifically tailored to individual needs are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- In the case of disposal, Syna Consultancy should be contacted to collect and properly dispose the Utulav Toilet.
- In the case where the Client is no longer in need of the Utulav Toilet, it may be returned to the company for donation to another user who may need it.
Warranty.
- Syna Consultancy gives a guarantee period of one year for the Utulav Toilet.
- Syna Consultancy assumes no obligation other than the replacement of defective parts upon presentation along with proof of purchase from the company.
We reserve the right to modify or update our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect return requests made before the policy update.
